What is it like to partner with Browder?

We view our customers as our partners.  When you call our office to schedule a security consultation, we will arrive on time and prepared to diagnose your security vulnerabilities and recommend possible solutions.  We will work with you to find a solution that exceeds your expectations.  Your proposal will be returned to you promptly.  Once our proposal is approved, we will set the wheels in motion to get your system installed quickly and professionally.  Our installation team will schedule a time that is convenient for you to begin the installation of your security system.  They will keep you informed about potential delays (i.e. weather, back ordered parts, etc.) in the progress of the installation of your system.  Upon completion of the installation, you will be given a thorough training of the installed equipment with documentation for your reference.  One week after your training, you will receive a follow up phone call or site visit to answer any additional questions you may have.  Our service does not end there.  You will receive a one year warranty on all equipment installed.  This warranty gives you access to our 24/7 service and support.  Of course, if at any point during this process you have questions or concerns, you will be able to call our office where you will be given the courtesy and respect you deserve.
